Does Willemijntje's Bridal offer alteration services?
Yes we have a seamstress who is able to take care of any alterations needing to be done.
Can I order out-of-stock sizes?
We always try order your dress in the size that will fit you best. However if there isn't enough time before your wedding date to receive the dress in we will sell the sample dress and you can have it altered with our seamstress.
What are your hours?
We do appointments only, which can be booked Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m, Saturday 11:00 a.m -3:00 p.m. We take evening and early morning appointments as well but those can only be booked by contacting us.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Some exclusions may apply which will be on an individual sale basis. In all scenarios there will be no refunds only a possible exchange for an item of equal or greater value. We reserve the rights to change the terms of this policy at any time.
